The Daya Wellness Program aims to support you in developing healthy habits that strengthen your body and raise your level of self-awareness, as well as in scheduling time for yourself. The three-month program is especially tailored to your needs. You will receive a customized program in addition to your one-on-one sessions, and I'll advise you to practice at home for even better outcomes.
Pranayama and restorative poses, along with other relaxation techniques, are incorporated into this weekly virtual yoga session. You'll establish wholesome routines that strengthen and support you.
