Tulsi Laher, C-IAYT, CIYT teaches yoga, core movement and zen restorative classes. Specializing in Spine Health, Tulsi offers the highest standard of yoga classes to enrich the lives of her clients. Her enterprise is for the development, recognition and promotion of yoga as a means of maintaining lasting health.
In 2011, she founded Yoga Daya to provide the highest quality yoga based upon sound biomechanics. In other words, yoga classes with attention to the optimal physical conditioning and breathing techniques. Valuing the lasting principles of good health, through Yoga Daya Tulsi provides classes that are safe for long term growth and consistent practice as a lifestyle.
Tulsi’s journey with Yoga began at an early age, sparked by her parent’s lifelong interests in Eastern philosophy. As a child she was immersed in the culture and philosophical texts of India such as the Bhagavad Gita and studied them rigorously throughout her teens and onwards into adulthood. As a result, Tulsi has gained much insight and knowledge in the field of Yoga. Her Iyengar yoga teachers include Geeta Iyengar, Manouso Manos and Chris Stein.
