Founded by Tulsi Monge in 2011, Yoga Daya began as a boutique yoga studio in Los Angeles, California. For seven years, Tulsi cultivated a welcoming space where community, connection, and wellness flourished.
Today, Yoga Daya offers online yoga sessions rooted in the belief that yoga is a way of “Living Health Daily.” The platform specializes in Hatha Yoga as a respected form of yoga therapy, with a strong emphasis on alignment-based movement. Classes are designed to train the body in optimal biomechanics, promoting ease of movement, enhanced circulation, and a natural boost in energy.
Beyond the physical benefits, Yoga Daya encourages an increased ability to focus, helps carve out intentional time for self-care, and supports a deeper understanding of oneself.
