General Hatha Yoga is suitable for all levels of students. My expertise is in the Iyengar style of yoga. During the yoga practice, I will provide helpful cues. With these adjustments in the pose (asana), it will become easier to adjust your posture in the optimal form. The poses become more natural and the blockages of energy are released restoring health and wellness to the body, mind and soul.
